Vanity Express warrants our Collection Bath Furniture* to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home.
Vanity Express will provide free of charge, at its option, replacement parts or products for comparable product (if original product is no longer available) to replace those which have proven defective in materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to Vanity Express for all warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable. It does not apply in the event of installation error, abuse, misuse or improper care and maintenance (whether by a contractor, service company or member of the purchaser's household). This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial and business usage. This warranty does not cover labor charges incurred and/or damage sustained in installation, repair or replacement, not incidental or consequential damages. To obtain warranty service or product information, call the Vanity Express Service Center at 1-800-756-8077. *Columbia Collections and Heartland Collections are warranted for 1-year only. Warranty Information This Cast Marble product will enhance the beauty of your Bath by giving the appearance of a natural marble. Each product is individually cast and contains natural material including marble. The quality finish on this top is made of the finest material available. Because each top is made individually, the manufacturing process allows for variations in color, veining, shape and design. No two products will look the same, and if you look carefully, you may see minor color variations, small particles of foreign matter or other conditions encountered with product of nature, such as stone, natural marble and granite. These variations give a unique look and add character to each product. Cultured Marble, Natural Granite & Italian Marble Vanity Tops Our Cultured Marble and Natural Stone Vanity Tops carry a five (5) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Claims regarding veining, background color, broken or chipped products must be made at the time of delivery. If the product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of this warranty, Palette will repair or replace the product at their discretion. Palette will not be responsible for labor, installation, freight, taxes or any other charges incidental to removing or replacing a defective product. Undermount Bowl Products Undermount products are covered by separate warranties for bowl and deck. Please see the above information based on the deck material your finished product includes. The bowl portion of your finished product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of installation. Palette will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one year after installation. Palette will not be responsible for labor, installation, freight, taxes or any other charges incidental to removing or replacing a defective product.
